The short version
For years we ran an online computer store alongside our repair shop. Keeping a 6,000-product catalog current, accurate, and competitively priced against Amazon and Best Buy was a full-time job — one that pulled our technicians away from the bench.
So we made a choice. We shut down the online store and put that time back into what we have always been best at: fixing computers, building custom PCs, and supporting our neighbors in Herndon.
Our doors are open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. If you need a part, a repair, a build, or just honest advice — walk in, call, or message us. 30+ years of experience, 400+ five-star reviews, and no middleman between you and the technician doing the work.

Walk into the Herndon store. We still carry laptops, desktops, monitors, GPUs, CPUs, RAM, SSDs, cases, power supplies, and accessories — we just don't keep a live catalog online anymore.
